The new Challenge is hidden in the file Logos.xls (1 MB)
(You can download it and work on it on your computer.)
It's a test how good you know logos which are more or less famous. I have to be honest and tell you that on my first trial I didn't even manage half of them. I know some more by now. Well, have a trial and let me know how many points you've got until next Monday (that should be 9th April). Please, DON'T SEND ME YOUR FILES! I believe in your honesty.
Note: This Paper Boat Challenge was Vanessa's idea. She sent me the file and proposed it as the new Challenge. The creator's mother tongue was Spanish, too, so there might be some problems with Spanish expressions (although there are few). Take it as an extra challenge. I can tell you that Red Cross is Cruz Roja and UNO is ONU but with the rest I'm helpless, too.

Now this is fun! :-) The problem is, some just look terribly wrong without the name in them (e.g. the marlboro logo or the ups logo) and some are just completely wrong, like the N64 logo (which is said to be nintendo here). And I found another spanish one: the Ghostbusters logo is "cazafantasmas" (google saves ;-)). I'm currently at 132, but I'm trying to beat the 150. Let's see...

I have to add that there is one (Don Quijote) I'm very sure of but it stays "false" (even when I tried to enter some variations). But what is more frustrating is that there are some logos I know I have seen before (in some cases I even have a connection) but I don't remember properly. And of course there are some I have never seen before. I've got 118 currently. I guess that's quite bad...
Which one do you think is Don Quijote? (number) And who/what is Don Quijote? *g* I might be able to help you out, because I've reached my personal goal (I'm at 169 :-)). But right now I'm pretty much out of ideas. I still know some but can't remember the name...

I am sorry, but it seems that my computer does not like your little file because everytime I try to open it says "bye-bye" to me and refuses to do anything at all. So I guess I won't compete in this challenge folks.

btw, my favorite logo is number 52 ... and there isnt any Don Quijote..... hint ....a lot of car labels....
well, the car logos sort of saved me... good to have worked in the industry for a while...
but I did stop at 154... no win this time, but it sure was fun!
