Please count

The top three (so far) of the last Paper Boat Challenge are:

  1. Vanessa - 200 points (I really wonder how you did that. You must have a lot of free time, just kidding!)
  2. Michael - 169 points (? I don't know if you continued after your last comment. Probably you had enough;-)
  3. Dana - 154 points (I guess you like understatements. You must have recognized some more than the car labels.)

If you are curious what is missing in your version: here is Vanessa's LogoSolution.xls (1.3 MB)

Tanks for your nice idea, Vanessa.

Thanks to all who participated (or tried to participate).

true, the car logos and the booze :-)

btw, I can't get to the solution file. It gives me a page in blogger with "document not found". So could you please put it there again or send it by e-mail? I am not very patient, especially not with a 3rd place :-)

Sorry, my mistake. The link should work now. If not, please let me know.

BTW, maybe you'll feel better about your 3rd place when I tell you that I only managed 140.

Thanks, it works now.

The two things that make me feel better:
1) of course, you Christian did worse than me
2) the great majority of things I missed were of... Hispanic origin, so I can live with that

PS although after working for almost a year in our new house, I should've known the Black & Decker one :-)

I wonder if you really think that's a good idea... I confessed before that some topics can be dangerous for me but this one could be for you! Well I give you some more days to think about it again...

First I have to puplish my text about Nadja's topic.

I wonder why the one who proposed the challenge also won it... how am i supposed to know middle and/or south american television channels, phone companies and all those things? ;-)

Anyway, I decided to give Vanessa some more time to rethink her decision, by choosing a topic for my last glorious and impressive victory (remember the chess thing? ;-)) 2 months ago. And of course, Christian, since you haven't been here much in the last weeks, I think it's time you provide us with some stories and pictures of your new home and work.

As I didn't manage more than 140, I agree with you of course;-) Well, you can make a proposal for the next challenge...

And I know my post about Bombardier and Siegen is over-due. I'm glad I can write it now to "pay my debts".
